Start with the financial workflow you need to make clearer.
For early access, implementation questions, or support, tell us which financial sources you use and which workflow you want to improve. We will not ask you to share credentials or sensitive financial data over email.
Describe the accounting source, bank evidence, entities, and the initial use case—for example reconciliation exceptions or receivables visibility.
Share high-level system names, not production credentials.
Identify the people who will review evidence and approve actions.
State whether the goal is visibility, review, or a controlled workflow.
Security and data questions
Ask about tenant isolation, source data, auditability, policy controls, or the current availability of an integration before any rollout decision.
No “always live” or automatic collection claim is made without verification.
Sensitive data should travel through approved onboarding paths only.
Financial actions remain separate from a support conversation.
